Complaints

If you have a complaint about how we treat your personal information you can send it to our Privacy Officer (privacy@pkfmack.com.au). We will treat any complaint about our Privacy Policy or practices seriously and will investigate accordingly. We will also investigate if we become aware of a breach of any part of the privacy legislation or the APPs. Our investigations will look into how the breach occurred and how to prevent a breach happening again.

We will communicate the outcomes of our investigation and our resolution of your complaint to you. If you do not believe we have addressed your complaint or provided a suitable resolution you can make a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
